Dam at Canonicus needs your support
Significant structural repairs are needed to save the dam that creates Lake Adams at Canonicus.
Staff have created a temporary way to divert water and lower the lake level to protect the dam in the short run. And while we are cautiously optimistic about potential grant funding, approximately $100,000 is still needed to complete the $500,000+ project.
We're asking for your help in raising funds to repair the dam in time for next summer so we can welcome children, youth, adults and families back to the beauty and enjoyment of Canonicus.
